Rajesh is our Chief Financial Officer, who looks after the operational side of the organization. He has over ten years of experience overseeing finance in the automobile industry based in Nepal. He has also amassed considerable experience as an administrative lead in the educational sector, managing operations, staff, and budgets to ensure an efficient function and compliance. His drive, compassionate nature, and commitment to positive change make him the operational backbone of our organization.
Pushkar (BSc Engineering, Aachen, Germany, Grad Dipl. in Education. Australia) had been working for the Department of Education in Western Australia, delivering technical education. Seeing the need for a more soul-soothing career that vindicates his appetite for holistic medicine, he decided to put aside his own comfortable life as an Australian resident and moved to Nepal to help establish the company. He is our Chief Technical Officer and Quality Assurance Manager. He strongly believes that the health sector needs a change towards a more caring, coherent, and holistic approach. Mr. Baral is also a trained enthusiast in the ancient art of healing called "Yoga Prana Vidhya" and a regular practitioner of Yoga and meditation.
Ms Samjhana is an accomplished nursing professional with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. With over five years of experience as a resident home nurse at the Gorkha Welfare Trust, Nepal, she brings a wealth of expertise in elderly care. Her deep-seated passion for geriatric nursing and extensive exposure to elderly care make her an invaluable asset. Ms Samjhana possesses an innate understanding of the values and ethics cherished by the geriatric community. Trained in palliative care, she is driven to enhance the holistic well-being of the elderly, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Dr. Adhikari is specialized in General Practice and Emergency Medicine. He is a highly skilled and experienced general physician with over 15 years of medical practice. He is known for his compassionate and personalized approach to patient care. As our Clinical Lead, Dr. Adhikari holds a pivotal role in our healthcare journey. His responsibilities encompass coordination and oversight of all clinic activities and clinical team members. His leadership is an embodiment of our commitment to providing the highest quality healthcare services to our valued patients.
Prof Nissen is the Director of the Health Workforce Optimisation Program at the Centre for the Business and Economics of Health (CBEH) at The University of Queensland (UQ). She has developed and shared her expertise and insights within healthcare domains, serving as a practitioner, educator, researcher, and implementation scientist in Australia.
Lisa offers guidance to various local, national, and global entities, including the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aging, the International Pharmacy Federation, and the World Health Organization, focusing on healthcare and the effective use of medications.
Dr Sharma currently holds the esteemed position of Secretary at the Ministry of Health and Population in Gandaki province. In this role, he has exhibited exceptional leadership, overseeing the comprehensive healthcare framework of the provincial government. Dr Sharma has been a driving force in the formulation of progressive health policies and strategies at the provincial level. His involvement has extended to advocating for government intervention aimed at refining policies, augmenting public health initiatives, and fostering a conducive financial environment. Expanding his intellectual reach across borders, Dr Binod's academic contributions extend to the University of Newcastle, Australia, where he serves as a Conjoint Lecturer. A distinguished affiliate of the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI), he seamlessly integrates academic rigour with practical insights. Notably, Dr Sharma has PhD in public health from the prestigious University of Newcastle, Australia.
Subash Sharma serves as the CEO of F1Soft Group, a prominent digital financial services provider in Nepal. As a Team Leader, he plays a crucial role in steering the team towards the adoption of agile methodologies for application and software development. As a founding member of the team, Subash's dedication was instrumental in bringing Nepal’s first digital wallet and pioneering online payment solutions. He oversees an autonomous team of skilled Software Developers, directing the creation of diverse Transaction Banking Products such as eSewa (Payment Gateway), Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and Remittance Software.
Professor Tippett has more than 30 years of experience in health services as a clinician, researcher and consultant. Her research interests lie in pre-hospital trauma management and emergency health systems development. Vivienne has worked as a clinical researcher in emergency pre-hospital care, including seven years as Director of the Australian Centre for Pre-hospital Care Research at the University of Queensland and Queensland Ambulance Service.
In recognition of her outstanding work, she was awarded an OAM (The Order of Australia; an honour that recognizes Australian citizens and other persons for outstanding achievements and service) in 2018. She was acknowledged as one of 125 Women in Leadership awardees by the YWCA in 2014.
Dr. Dhungana currently serves as an internal medicine hospitalist in North Carolina, USA. He holds prior medical training as a resident in General practice in Nepal and a resident of internal medicine in the US. This dual training has granted him a unique vantage point to observe healthcare delivery across the global spectrum, spanning from resource-rich to resource-limited settings. This experience has enabled him to deeply appreciate both the accessibility and affordability dimensions of healthcare.

Dr Khanal was born and raised in Pokhara, Nepal. She received her doctoral degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Lille, France. Currently, she is working as a researcher at the National Cancer Institute (NCI)/National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, USA. She uses cutting-edge technologies to develop cellular therapy to treat solid cancer in preclinical settings.
Dr Shrestha is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Pharmacy at the University of Queensland, Australia. Through his research, he is working to improve the safe and effective use of medicines in older people including but not limited to those living in Residential Aged Care and those with dementia. Shakti’s research on older people draws from his extensive experience working and researching in clinical medicine and aged care environments. He has lived experience caring for and leading a team to care for older people and those with dementia in the United Kingdom.
Atis Kaundinnyayana personifies a holistic life journey. Trained as a pharmacist, he embraces education and holistic living with equal ardor. His keen interest in literature and art is also well expressed under the pen name Shiva Sankalpa.
Having earned an MPharm degree with a gold medal from Pokhara University, he currently fulfils the role of an Assistant Professor, embarking on research ventures that embrace natural products chemistry, traditional medicine, and pharmacoinformatics.
