What happens after a client is enrolled ?
The care plan encompasses your health goals, individual medical and non-medical needs, preventive health measures, and emergency protocols, including the designated hospital for emergencies and clear decision-making guidelines.
I live overseas. How will I know about the progress and condition of my parents ?
Our 24-hour urgent care service ensures you receive continuous real-time updates during emergencies. Additionally, we share a monthly report with you at the end of each month to keep you informed and up to date.
How long does a home care visit last ?
Doctor, nurse and care attendant visits are limited to a maximum of 2 hours. Our maid service can be conveniently booked, allowing you to reserve a block of 4 hours each week to cater to your specific household needs. It is included in the membership bundle price.
How much do your services cost ?
IMpower Home Healthcare offers a comprehensive monthly subscription package encompassing a wide range of services. When you contact us, we will provide you with the flexibility to select between our “standard” and “individualized packages”, each designed to cater to your unique preferences. We understand that our existing service offerings may not fully meet your requirements. Therefore, you may require additional services.
