Dr Khanal was born and raised in Pokhara, Nepal. She received her doctoral degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Lille, France. Currently, she is working as a researcher at the National Cancer Institute (NCI)/National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, USA. She uses cutting-edge technologies to develop cellular therapy to treat solid cancer in preclinical settings.

Mr. Upreti is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and a successful career in real estate. Alongside his work in property, he has built valuable connections in healthcare, especially in holistic care.
He is passionate about helping people who struggle to access essential health service, combining his business skills with a commitment to supporting community well-being.

Mr. Pushkar Baral

Pushkar (BSc Engineering, Aachen, Germany; Grad Dip. Education, Australia) brings expertise from his career in technical education with the Western Australian Department of Education. As Chief Technical Officer, he advocates for a more caring and holistic approach to healthcare.

A trained practitioner of "Yoga Prana Vidhya," Pushkar is also dedicated to yoga and meditation, embodying the principles he promotes.

Mrs Thapa, with more than a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, oversees the delivery of high-quality, client-centred healthcare services. She manages daily clinical operations, ensuring adherence to best practices, and upholding regulatory compliance.

Dr Poudel is a dedicated Clinical Manager with extensive experience in healthcare management and patient care coordination. He excels in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Prof Lisa Nissen, PhD ​

Prof Nissen is the Director of the Health Workforce Optimisation Program at the Centre for the Business and Economics of Health (CBEH) at The University of Queensland (UQ). She has developed and shared her expertise and insights within healthcare domains, serving as a practitioner, educator, researcher, and implementation scientist in Australia.

Lisa offers guidance to various local, national, and global entities, including the Commonwealth Department of Health and Aging, the International Pharmacy Federation, and the World Health Organization, focusing on healthcare and the effective use of medications.

Dr Binod Bindhu Sharma, PhD

Dr Sharma currently holds the esteemed position of Secretary at the Ministry of Health and Population in Gandaki province. In this role, he has exhibited exceptional leadership, overseeing the comprehensive healthcare framework of the provincial government.

Dr Sharma has been a driving force in the formulation of progressive health policies and strategies at the provincial level. His involvement has extended to advocating for government intervention aimed at refining policies, augmenting public health initiatives, and fostering a conducive financial environment. These efforts collectively reinforce human resource capabilities and strengthen health institutions within the Gandaki Province.

Expanding his intellectual reach across borders, Dr Binod's academic contributions extend to the University of Newcastle, Australia, where he serves as a Conjoint Lecturer. A distinguished affiliate of the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI), he seamlessly integrates academic rigour with practical insights. Notably, Dr Sharma has PhD in public health from the prestigious University of Newcastle, Australia.

Mr Subash Sharma, BE

Subash Sharma serves as the CEO of F1Soft Group, a prominent digital financial services provider in Nepal. As a Team Leader, he plays a crucial role in steering the team towards the adoption of agile methodologies for application and software development.

As a founding member of the team, Subash's dedication was instrumental in bringing Nepal’s first digital wallet and pioneering online payment solutions. He oversees an autonomous team of skilled Software Developers, directing the creation of diverse Transaction Banking Products such as eSewa (Payment Gateway), Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and Remittance Software.

Prof. Vivienne Tippett, PhD

Professor Tippett has more than 30 years of experience in health services as a clinician, researcher and consultant. Her research interests lie in pre-hospital trauma management and emergency health systems development. Vivienne has worked as a clinical researcher in emergency pre-hospital care, including seven years as Director of the Australian Centre for Pre-hospital Care Research at the University of Queensland and Queensland Ambulance Service.

In recognition of her outstanding work, she was awarded an OAM (The Order of Australia; an honour that recognizes Australian citizens and other persons for outstanding achievements and service) in 2018. She was acknowledged as one of 125 Women in Leadership awardees by the YWCA in 2014.

Dr Santosh Kumar Dhungana, MD

Dr. Dhungana currently serves as an internal medicine hospitalist in North Carolina, USA. He holds prior medical training as a resident in General practice in Nepal and a resident of internal medicine in the US. This dual training has granted him a unique vantage point to observe healthcare delivery across the global spectrum, spanning from resource-rich to resource-limited settings. This experience has enabled him to deeply appreciate both the accessibility and affordability dimensions of healthcare.

With an avid belief in comprehensive healthcare, he strives to bridge the gap between medical facilities and homes. Driven by this vision, he actively contributes insights to shape care models that unite disease management and individual dignity.

Dr Shakti Shrestha, PhD

Dr Shrestha is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Pharmacy at the University of Queensland, Australia. Through his research, he is working to improve the safe and effective use of medicines in older people including but not limited to those living in Residential Aged Care and those with dementia.

Shakti’s research on older people draws from his extensive experience working and researching in clinical medicine and aged care environments. He has lived experience caring for and leading a team to care for older people and those with dementia in the United Kingdom.

Paridhi is our senior nurse with years of experience in providing compassionate care. She specializes in ensuring comfort and dignity for our clients in every home she visits. Her dedication, expertise, and warm approach make her an invaluable part of our team.

Mr Atis Acharya, MPharm

Atis Kaundinnyayana personifies a holistic life journey. Trained as a pharmacist, he embraces education and holistic living with equal ardor. His keen interest in literature and art is also well expressed under the pen name Shiva Sankalpa.

Having earned an MPharm degree with a gold medal from Pokhara University, he currently fulfils the role of an Assistant Professor, embarking on research ventures that embrace natural products chemistry, traditional medicine, and pharmacoinformatics. Beyond academia, his empathetic counseling, eloquent oratory, and seasoned consultancy exemplify his holistic approach to life.

Prof Mohamed Izham Mohamed Ibrahim, PhD

Professor Izham, currently serving as the Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Qatar University, is a distinguished figure in the field. With a strong focus on pharmaceutical policy and management, economic evaluation of drug therapies, and pharmacy interventions, his contributions extend beyond academia.

His influence isn't confined to research and teaching; he has played pivotal consulting roles for both governmental and non-governmental organizations on both national and international fronts. His expertise has shaped policy decisions and initiatives in various contexts.

Dr Hari Prasad Devkota, PhD

Dr Devkota is an Assistant Professor at Kumamoto University. His expertise lies in the realm of natural product chemistry, with a specific focus on exploring the significance of medicinal plants in traditional healing practices and ethnopharmacology.

Beyond his passion for natural products, Dr. Devkota demonstrates a deep curiosity about the aging process, particularly in older populations. He seeks to explore how the quality of life for senior individuals can be enhanced, shedding light on innovative approaches to enriching their well-being

Mrs. Rakshya Baral

Rakshya is a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) with close to 10 years of experience in nursing. Her areas of nursing practice spans across multiple areas of healthcare including Labor & Delivery, midwifery, rehabilitation, medical/surgical, oncology, etc.

Her years of experience in caring for the elderly and the infirm during her tenure as a rehabilitation nurse has honed her ability to identify and address the needs that clients will have on a continuous basis.

Mrs. Bishnu Niraula

Bishnu Baral is a registered Nurse with 15 years of experience spanning Nepal, UK, USA and Australia and has worked in oncology, ICU, Emergency Departments in Surgical medical and critical care, in both public and private hospitals. She’s currently engaged full-time in Perth, and lives a very busy work and home life attending to her twin children.

Mrs. Anju Paudel

With an experience extending over 16 years, Anju has devoted her nursing career to diverse healthcare environments. She is currently a senior nurse at one of London's prominent NHS hospitals. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of specialties, from general medical/surgical nursing to specialized care in neonates and the elderly.

Residing in London with her family, she is passionate about providing exceptional healthcare services and ensuring the well-being of all those under her care.

As the Director of the Lalitpur branch, Dipendra provides visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the branch’s growth and excellence in service delivery.
He is responsible for overseeing day-to- day operations, fostering partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, and driving initiatives to expand access to quality care within the Lalitpur community.

Sarjina serves as the Office Manager and Business Development lead, overseeing day-to-day administrative operations while also driving growth opportunities for the company.

Sarjina actively identifies new opportunities, builds client relationships, and supports strategic initiatives to expand the company’s market presence. She is also pursuing an entrepreneurship degree, enhancing her skills to drive company growth.

Dr Khanal is a Senior Research Fellow at Kings College London. He leads and manages consultancy and research projects, including acting as Principal Investigator in several healthcare-related projects. He has expertise in health economics to a variety of real-world problems, while also contributing to the development of the field through training and mentoring activities.

Dr. Poudel is a researcher with expertise in geriatric medicine. Formerly an academic at Queensland University in Australia, he possesses substantial experience in clinical sciences.
His work focuses on enhancing the quality of life for older adults, with a research specialization in optimizing prescribing practices for frail older individuals across various care settings.
