PURPOSE:

"Screening and Health Awareness about Hypertension, Diabetes and Obesity"

OBJECTIVES:

Offer free health check-ups and consultations.
Raise awareness about common health issues like- Hypertension, Diabetes & Obesity mainly targeting the elderly population alongside the general public.
Promote preventive healthcare practices

PARTICIPATION:

Hundreds of elderly population & general publics were benefited by the free medical camp.

We were more excited by the presence of Mr. Birendra Narayan Bijukshe (Youth Leader of Nepali Congress & Mahasamiti Member of N.C & also the chairman of Janapriya Multiple Campus, Pokhara), Mrs. Gita Poudel and other members of Gita Zumba Class Parivar, Kaski including Tara Karki, Sujata Sanu Cheena, Sharmila Sen Thakuri & Shanti Gharti.

The medical team included Dr. Purushottam Parajuli, Dr.Santosh Poudel, Registered Nurse Suprina Gurung, Health Assistant Manisha Magar and Nursing Assistant Dikshya Magar.

The administration team consisted of Lalaiya BK, Dikshya Kadariya, Mr. Bishnu Bhandari and the Impower Health Care team.
